Republic of Singapore

Citizens of foreign states with respect to whom a visa-free regime operates can enter, leave, follow transit, move and stay on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic without a visa for one of the valid documents (a general passport, an officer’s certificate, a serviceman’s military card, issued by the bodies of internal affairs). During their stay in the Kyrgyz Republic, citizens of these foreign countries are exempt from registration of foreign passports if their stay in the Kyrgyz Republic does not exceed 60 days (for citizens of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan – 90 days) (Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On External Migration”, Article 6 )

3. Citizens holding any type of passport of the following countries are exempt from visa requirement to enter Kyrgyzstan (in accordance of the Agreement of the EAEU member countries of 2000):

(In accordance with the resolution of Kyrgyz Republic Government No. 735, December 31, 1999 and No. 262, June 4, 2001, for citizens of Japan there is a visa-free regime of entry to Kyrgyz Republic unilaterally for an unlimited period).

Simplified visa regime

The list of countries for the citizens of the following countries in accordance with the government resolution # 87 from 07.02.2009, there is a simplified visa process. They may get visa at Kyrgyz embassy or at the Consulate department at the Bishkek “Manas” airport by the oral statement.

In accordance with the Decree of the Government of Kyrgyz Republic No. 87 of 07.02.2009. – Citizens of the following countries, in accordance with the national legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Kazakhstan, are entitled, during the period of validity of visas unhindered to enter and exit through multilateral checkpoints in the territories of the above-mentioned border areas of Kyrgyz Republic and Republic of Kazakhstan
